WKU Dental Hygiene Program was established in August 1970. The Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science Degree Programs at Western Kentucky University are two-year core-curriculum that begin in the fall semester only. The class size of theWKU Dental Hygiene Program is limited to 28 students.

Application to WKU Dental Hygiene programs is due no later than December 1. Applicants must have earned a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher and a grade of “C” or better in each prerequisite course.
